SYNTHETIC – THERMAL TRANSFER

Synthetic labels are robust and durable labelling solutions in a demanding environment. Synthetic labels offer a high level of heat, water, chemical and scuff resistance.

Usage

Thermal Transfer synthetic labels are highly recommended for asset tracking and product labelling. They are designed to last in harsh environments or in environments where moisture is present, both indoors and outdoors.

Thermal Transfer

This Thermal Transfer label requires ribbon RIB110300 to perform correctly. Thermal Transfer printing uses a heat sensitive ribbon which, when in contact with the printhead, transfers the ink onto the label.

Image Quality

A Thermal Transfer label is a long-term label that retains its image over time resulting in reliable, readable labels. This method is recommended for effective barcode scanning.

Compatible Printers

The WSYN2000-100X50T has a 76mm core so it can be used in a range of industrial printers such as:

Zebra range of barcode printers – ZT200 Series, ZT400 Series, ZT600 Series, S4M Series, Z4M Series, ZM400 Series 

Intermec / Honeywell Range of barcode printers – PX Series, PC43 Series

Datamax range of barcode printers – M Series, I Series

Quality Guarantee

The synthetic label have certified gap widths between labels to ensure compatibility with leading printer models listed above. Our labels have guaranteed quality face stock and use only quality adhesive.

Each roll will have 2000 labels with a width of 100mm (3.9 inches) and a height of 50mm (2 inches).
